You will provide technical support to customers via telephone, email and the ticketing system; you will also process complaints and spare parts orders, from initial recording through to approval and follow-up. In the back office, you will support service technicians with parts deliveries, research, internal coordination and preparing for service calls. You will maintain customer and machine data in the ERP system. Last but not least, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive, clear communication and reliable problem-solving.

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification with a technical understanding of electronics, mechatronics, circuit technology and mechanics
• You have relevant professional experience in order processing and customer service
• You are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• A strong service and customer focus, as well as excellent communication skills, round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
