• In this role, you will independently process customer orders, from order entry through to on-time delivery and invoicing
• You will be responsible for entering and maintaining orders in the ERP system, checking them for completeness and accuracy
• You will carefully organise and document import and export procedures
• You will prepare dispatch and export documents and handle customs formalities
• You will continuously monitor and manage delivery dates and processes; you will also ensure the availability of goods and coordinate this with the warehouse and production departments
• You will communicate with international customers by telephone and in writing, advising them and confirming orders
• You will keep customers regularly informed about the status of their orders and delivery dates
• You will handle complaints and develop appropriate solutions; you will also coordinate replacement deliveries and returns, and resolve any discrepancies in the process

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in internal sales or order processing
• You are confident in using ERP systems and standard MS Office applications
• You have a good command of spoken and written English for communicating with international customers
• You communicate confidently and courteously with customers, both on the phone and in writing
• You enjoy working as part of a team and liaise closely with the warehouse and production departments
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany, round off your profile
