• You will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers within the office and will assist them with all their enquiries
• You will be responsible for the entire management of administrative processes – from agreeing terms and conditions through to invoicing
• You will identify customers’ individual needs and proactively draw up suitable quotes for cost-effective rental solutions
• You will handle customer enquiries by telephone and email and process them reliably
• You will maintain customer and order data meticulously in the relevant systems
• In the event of queries or complaints, you work with the customer to find suitable solutions
• In close coordination with the field sales team, you ensure a smooth exchange of information and optimal customer service

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will already have professional experience in internal sales or customer service
• You are expected to be proficient in using MS Office and standard IT systems for data management
• You are characterised by a strong customer and service focus, with an emphasis on quality
• Good command of German is part of your skill set
• A committed, structured and results-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you
• When dealing with customers, you come across as confident, friendly and a strong communicator
