• You process orders and track quotations and projects in the CRM Customer Service Workspace
• You are responsible for customer correspondence and the maintenance of customer data in Microsoft Dynamics
• You create and process quotations and orders securely in SAP
• You reliably clarify delivery dates and process delivery complaints carefully
• You actively support the team in project processing and calculation
• You manage a defined customer base independently and in a service-oriented manner
• In cooperation with the team and sales management as well as the salescalculation you actively support the team

• you work closely together with the team and sales management as well as your field service colleagues
• your day-to-day work also includes customer contact by telephone, including switching and processing routing calls

• You have basic commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally you have already gained experience in internal sales, preferably with technical products
• Knowledge of the plastics sector is an advantage for you
• Your profile includes initial experience with CRM systems, ideally with MS Dynamics 365
• You are confident with MS Office, especially good Excel skills are required
• ideally you have experience in the SAP R/3 module SD or in a comparable ERP system
• good German and English skills are part of your portfolio
