Job description

  • You will coordinate order processing, act as the main point of contact for internal and external enquiries regarding current orders, check that all order data is complete and accurate, and ensure that orders are processed on time from receipt to delivery
  • In interface management, you will liaise closely with production planning, purchasing and logistics regarding capacities, delivery dates and priorities, and coordinate with the sales team on special enquiries, project orders and escalations
  • You will proactively handle customer communication, provide information on delivery dates, backlogs and changes, process complaints in collaboration with Quality Management and Supply or Purchasing, and maintain data, customer master data, prices and terms in the ERP or CRM system
