• You will be responsible for independently supporting and advising existing customers in day-to-day business
• Your duties will also include preparing quotations, order confirmations and invoices
• You will be responsible for entering and processing customer orders in the ERP system
• You will monitor delivery dates and coordinate with the warehouse, dispatch and production departments
• Working closely with the field sales team, you will manage shared clients
• You will communicate with our clients, suppliers and internal specialist departments
• Handling complaints and resolving discrepancies relating to deliveries and invoices will also form part of your duties
• you maintain and update customer and order data, assist with the preparation of statistics and reports, and carry out general administrative tasks as part of the internal sales team

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or in a comparable field
• several years’ professional experience in internal sales or customer service will be an advantage
• You have a sound knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and standard MS Office applications
• Business-level written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You are characterised by a strong customer and service focus, as well as a confident and friendly manner
• A structured, independent and reliable approach to work, combined with a high degree of initiative, rounds off your profile
