Invoice Verification Clerk (m/f/d)

• You check all incoming invoices in terms of facts and form and pay attention to tax aspects as well as correct prices, conditions and quantities
• Administrative activities such as written correspondence, filing and archiving of documents are part of your area of responsibility
• You check the commercial content of contracts, for example with regard to compliance with the minimum wage, and you support your colleagues in the event of queries about invoices:
• Conscientiously check whether valid exemption certificates and all necessary proof for partial and final invoices such as Soka-Bau, health insurance, BG and business registration are available
• In addition, you check guarantees, such as advance payment, down payment, contract fulfilment or warranty guarantees

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have previous experience in invoice verification and control
• You have a good command of German
• You are characterised by a confident and assertive manner
