• You will develop concrete and detailed recommendations for the CIO and senior management on the efficient implementation and adaptation of outsourcing measures, taking internal guidelines into account
• You will be responsible for the commercial and operational management of external IT service providers
• You will continuously monitor the agreed service level agreements to ensure optimum service quality for customers
• Working closely with the specialist departments, you will further develop existing provider contracts and define service specifications tailored to requirements
• You will actively support negotiations with external service providers
• You will manage quality assurance measures within IT service management, thereby optimising interfaces with external service providers in a sustainable manner
• You analyse and evaluate complex outsourcing opportunities and prepare well-founded decision-making documents for management
• You will play an active role in the implementation of new IT provider processes
• You will support the monitoring of current IT budgets and review the invoices of external IT partners
• You will help drive the further development of governance structures to ensure transparent service provider management
• Acting as the interface between internal departments and external providers, you will ensure smooth operational processes and a high level of satisfaction amongst all parties involved

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration
• You have at least 3 years’ relevant professional experience in service provider management or IT provider management
• You have a strong command of common IT service management tools as well as MS Office
• You have native-level proficiency in German (C2/C1), both spoken and written, as well as a good command of English
• You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working as part of a team
• You are business-fluent and always work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• You hold a valid work permit and are permanently resident in Germany
