Job description


  • You are the first point of contact for users in the event of technical faults and service enquiries via telephone, email, chat or the ticketing system
  • When support cases are received, you analyse the cause, prioritise the enquiries and ensure that the handling process is documented in a traceable manner
  • Through remote support, you assist users with typical IT problems and ensure that their systems are quickly restored to working order
  • You manage Windows workstations and Microsoft365 applications as part of your day-to-day work and assist with technical and application-related queries

  • You are experienced in using Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and OneDrive in a support environment
  • You are familiar with IT hardware such as PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and docking stations, and you take a structured approach to fault analysis
  • You have some experience with Active Directory and reliably support users with tasks such as password changes or account locks
  • To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
  • Your German language skills are at a business-proficient level (minimum C1 level)
