You will manage and develop the local IT workstation infrastructure based on Windows, Intune and SCCM. As the first point of contact on site, you will support users in a second-level support role – taking a practical, solution-focused approach and listening to their needs. You will analyse and resolve issues in the network, client and workplace environments. You will reliably install, configure and maintain end devices and associated software. Together with the global network team, you will contribute to the maintenance and optimisation of LAN, Wi-Fi and WAN. You’ll also contribute to IT infrastructure projects in the Central Europe region, support global rollouts and take on responsibility whilst providing technical guidance within the team

You have a degree in (Business) Information Technology or equivalent qualifications, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) with at least 3 years’ professional experience in IT support or within an infrastructure environment; you will handle all tasks that arise. A good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, as well as Intune, SCCM and standard remote support tools are essential for the role. You have a basic understanding of network technologies such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS and firewalls, and have experience with ITIL processes and ITSM systems.
