• You will assist staff with technical enquiries and handle support requests via telephone, email and the ticketing system
• You will analyse and prioritise hardware and software faults in the office and production environments and resolve them independently
• You will escalate complex issues to the relevant specialist departments
• You will use Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Azure Active Directory for the provisioning, management and support of end devices
• You will administer mobile end devices and handle device provisioning
• You will keep technical documentation up to date and complete
• You will provide support for infrastructure projects
• As part of the on-call rota, you will be available to deal with urgent faults
