• You will handle support requests in 1st and 2nd level support and ensure fast and solution-oriented processing of technical concerns at various locations
• In addition, you will be responsible for analysing the causes of errors, documenting solutions in a comprehensible manner and ensuring sustainable resolution of technical faults
• Furthermore, you will support the Windows 11 workstations and mobile devices including installation, configuration and setup directly on site with the users
• Supporting colleagues with Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive is also part of your daily tasks at the site
• As part of your job, you support stable IT operations by regularly checking the infrastructure and processing tickets in Jira in a structured manner

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT management assistant (m/f/d) or IT system electronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have practical experience in 1st and 2nd level support and are confident working with the Jira ticket system and common documentation tools
• You have a sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive or comparable collaboration tools characterise you and enable you to provide confident support to users
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a high degree of service orientation and reliability in everyday work
• In addition to your technical expertise, you also have a valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany
