• You will provide comprehensive support to key accounts and act as their dedicated point of contact from the initial enquiry through to order fulfilment
• On site at the customer’s premises, you will advise on materials-related issues and develop suitable solutions in the field of masterbatches and compounds
• You will work as part of a project team and implement complex client requirements in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments
• Working closely with the development departments, you will pass on client requirements and support development projects right through to implementation
• You will prepare and independently conduct quotations, price negotiations and contract discussions with existing customers
• You will maintain and develop existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities with your customers
• In the event of complaints or technical enquiries, you will coordinate the resolution between the client and the relevant internal department
• You will carefully document client contacts, the outcomes of discussions and project statuses in the standard systems and MS Office applications
• You will also communicate with customers and contacts internationally, in English where necessary
• You are willing to travel as part of regular customer visits and appointments
