• You will process all incoming returns as part of your day-to-day work in a professional manner and systematically record them in the system
• You will independently investigate and resolve any queries until they are fully resolved
• You will carefully forward faulty items and send them to the appropriate external service centres
• You will assist our customers with any enquiries, both in writing and by telephone
• You will document all processes comprehensively and track them in the system
• You will check the supporting documents professionally and ensure that all processes are completed on time
• You will liaise closely with related specialist departments to prevent future grounds for complaints and logistical discrepancies
• You will support the continuous optimisation of internal processes relating to the handling of claims and returns

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have some initial relevant professional experience in returns processing, complaints handling or warehouse logistics
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
