Job description

  • The professional preparation and conscientious checking of all relevant freight documents in compliance with the applicable legal regulations is part of your exciting area of responsibility
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the competent processing of complex customer enquiries and the structured handling of complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for active communication with the drivers and external service providers, to ensure a smooth flow of information within the entire supply chain
  • Continuous maintenance of sensitive shipment data in the internal IT system is also one of your tasks, whereby you always ensure the highest data quality and up-to-dateness
  • As part of your job, you support the team in optimising logistical processes and contribute to increasing efficiency in day-to-day business through your careful working methods
  • Finally, you are responsible for approving deadlines and monitoring delivery times to ensure that goods are delivered to the respective recipients on time:
  • In addition, you will be involved in the preparation of accounting documents and conscientiously prepare all necessary documents for accounting and subsequent archiving

Requirements

  • A completed apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d) forms the ideal basis for this job
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of forwarding or logistics, which enables you to quickly grasp complex interrelationships and apply them confidently in practice
  • You are characterised by your sound knowledge of common IT systems and MS Office applications, which will enable you to efficiently process all administrative tasks
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to communicate with customers and partners confidently and professionally at all times
  • Furthermore, you have a high level of organisational skills and resilience, which means that you always keep track of all deadlines even in stressful situations
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work absolutely reliably and conscientiously, in order to sustainably fulfil the high quality standards of our customer in your day-to-day work
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany
