- You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the management team and the entire Executive Board in their day-to-day operations
- You will also be responsible for the careful planning, structured execution and professional preparation and follow-up of committee meetings and association events
- Furthermore, you will oversee the annual BeBoSa trade fair as well as regional meetings of member companies, from the initial concept through to successful on-site implementation

Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d)

- You stand out thanks to your confident proficiency in standard MS Office applications and your strong affinity for digital platforms and modern work tools
