• You support the management in day-to-day operations
• You organise and carry out general administrative and commercial activities independently
• You carefully prepare and process calculations in the areas of bodywork, paintwork and accident damage
• You record and reliably document damage cases
• You communicate professionally with customers:You communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, experts and external partners
• You are responsible for scheduling and coordinating work processes
• You prepare documents, offers, invoices and internal evaluations
• You conscientiously maintain and manage customer and damage data
• You actively support order processing and office organisation

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship, alternatively a qualification in bodywork construction, as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or as a car salesperson (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge in the motor vehicle sector, especially in dealing with claims, calculations and repair processes
• you are confident in dealing with administrative and organisational tasks
• you have good IT skills in the common Office applications
• you are structured, independent and reliable in your day-to-day work
• strong communication skills and a friendly manner in dealing with customers and business partners are among your strengths
• you have organisational skills and a high sense of responsibility
