• You will assume full responsibility for business resilience management in strict compliance with all legal requirements and group-wide specifications within the company
• In addition, you will be responsible for the establishment and continuous development of an integrated business resilience management system within the existing integrated management system
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the implementation of complex threat, threat, risk and business impact analyses to identify potential opportunities and risks for the entire company organisation
• Controlling business continuity management, including the creation of emergency plans and the implementation of tests and audits, is also part of your tasks

• You have a university degree in security management (m/f/d), industrial engineering (m/f/d) or business administration (m/f/d) with the corresponding subject-specific focus on security management or security technology
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in project management and in the security environment, Ideally, you have already gained experience in the specific KRITIS environment
• You are characterised by your sound knowledge of common IT applications and a desired or existing certification as an Information Security Officer in accordance with ISO 27001
• Your native-level written and spoken German and your strong communication skills enable you to work effectively with all relevant stakeholders:inside
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills in order to act confidently even in dynamic situations
• Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and convince with an entrepreneurial perspective and a structured way of working in the implementation of complex security strategies
