- You will carry out activating basic care on your own responsibility
- According to a doctor's prescription, you will carry out treatment care services
- Your task is the careful and conscientious maintenance of care documentation
Requirements
- You have completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have experience in outpatient route care
- You must be in possession of the LG 1 treatment care licence
- Your German is at least level B2
- You already have a class B driving licence
- A sense of responsibility and an appreciative approach to our clients are your hallmarks
