• You will actively support the residents in organising their daily lives, for example with personal hygiene, nutrition and mobility
• You will promote social contacts and strengthen the sense of community by accompanying and supporting them in their daily lives
• You will also help with housekeeping activities and the preparation of simple meals
• Through attentive observation and careful documentation, you will make a significant contribution to the optimal care of the residents:inside
• in close cooperation with nursing staff and other team members, you ensure individualised and needs-based care
• at all times you ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety standards

• You have completed training as a geriatric care assistant (m/f/d) with LG1 licence, nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification such as nursing assistant
• You feel comfortable in a committed team and a lovingly managed home community and accompany elderly people with dignity in their everyday lives
• You enjoy your work with people and have empathy for them
