• You will assume responsibility for the professional, organisational and disciplinary management of the care team (12 staff members)
• to ensure and continuously improve the quality of care in accordance with statutory requirements (including SGB XI, SGB V, expert standards). You will
• also be responsible for staff deployment planning, rota management and staff development
• Furthermore, you will manage and optimise care processes and workflows
• Furthermore, you are responsible for implementing quality management and for preparing for and supporting MDK and quality audits
• You act as the point of contact for clients, relatives, funding bodies and authorities
• You play an active role in budget planning
• Close collaboration with the management team and facility management rounds off your role

• You have completed a vocational qualification, e.g. as a registered nurse (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have undertaken further training, e.g. as a nursing service manager (m/f/d), a responsible registered nurse (m/f/d) in accordance with Section 71 of SGB XI (at least 460 teaching units) or a comparable completed degree in nursing management
• you have already gained at least 2 years’ professional experience in care within the last eight years (a legal requirement under Section 71 of SGB XI)
• your in-depth knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks (SGB XI, SGB V, Residential Care Homes Act/state legislation, quality assurance guidelines) speaks in your favour
• ideally, you have experience in a managerial role or sound knowledge of personnel management
• you are fully proficient in using standard care documentation software and MS Office
• You also hold a valid Category B driving licence
• You impress with strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• You are characterised by empathy, a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
