• You will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of the property, as well as the leadership and coordination of your dedicated local technical team
• You will then draw up staff rota plans, as well as resource and operational planning
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the required documentation regarding valid legal and technical regulations, occupational health and safety, as well as accident and fire prevention
• You will define, optimise and implement internal processes and guidelines
• You will coordinate and oversee all operational processes at the property, including operational responsibility, compliance and data protection
• Project documentation and reporting, such as monthly, quarterly and annual reports, also form part of your remit
• You will coordinate and manage repair and refurbishment work, including associated quality assurance, and you will also draw up maintenance strategies and budgets
• As the point of contact for clients and authorities, you will attend regular meetings and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

• an academic qualification, such as a Dipl.-Ing., Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the fields of facility management, building services engineering, civil engineering or electrical engineering, or alternatively, several years’ experience demonstrating a high level of technical and organisational competence
• you have some experience in people management
• you have extensive knowledge of building management
• You are proficient in using standard IT programmes such as MS Office and a CAFM system
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You also hold a Class B driving licence
• A professional and service-oriented manner, combined with the ability to deal competently with customers and partner companies, rounds off your profile
