• You will receive and process written enquiries from existing customers (inbound) independently
• You will explain and clarify customer invoices, check them, address any queries and seek further clarification where necessary
• You will provide support with master data updates, address changes, and enquiries regarding prices or contracts
• Finally, you will work closely with other departments such as Sales, Back Office and Collection Management

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have some initial experience in customer service or similar areas with a focus on customer contact
• You are confident using a PC and standard Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook), as well as the motivation to familiarise yourself with new programmes and tasks
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• Finally, you are characterised by a high degree of reliability, a service-oriented approach and friendliness
