Order clerk (m/f/d)

• You will process customer enquiries, orders and bespoke orders from entry through to completion
• You will monitor stock availability to ensure deliveries reach customers on time
• You will prepare invoices for orders and check them for accuracy
• You will carefully maintain customer and creditworthiness data in the system
• You will support our customers by telephone and in writing and act as the point of contact for enquiries regarding their orders
• You will process claims, complaints and outstanding items independently and resolve them with the relevant parties
• You will answer calls at the switchboard and forward them to the appropriate contact persons
• You will prepare for and follow up on meetings and training sessions
• You will process incoming and outgoing post and distribute documents to the relevant departments
• You will handle general office correspondence in German and English (basic knowledge required)

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in bookkeeping
• You are confident using MS Office and the ERP system
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
