• You will handle written and telephone enquiries regarding a wide range of exciting and varied service issues raised by various customers
• You will also be responsible for identifying special cases and issues requiring clarification, and dealing with them in a targeted manner
• You will also manage direct communication with the relevant branches, partner garages and customers throughout Germany
• Forwarding complex issues to the relevant specialist colleagues is also part of your daily and responsible duties
• As part of your role, you will support the prompt response to enquiries received via various channels and from different departments
• Furthermore, you will facilitate smooth coordination with internal contacts to ensure a consistently high standard of service

• You have completed vocational training as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), a Dialogue Marketing Service Specialist (m/f/d) or a Dialogue Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)
• You also have solid practical professional experience in a comparable role within telephone and written customer service
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications and, ideally, modern order management systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• Your command of German at native speaker level (C2), both spoken and written, as well as your strong communication skills, set you apart
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, reliability and a passion for working closely as part of a team
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
• Finally, you are always ready to step in, think in a solution-oriented way and work in a highly structured and independent manner, even when dealing with complex tasks
