Job description

  • You support operational HR processing from onboarding to leaving and actively shape every phase of the employee lifecycle
  • You create or update employment contracts, references and certificates - ensuring transparent and error-free documentation
  • Maintaining personnel files, master data and HR databases is routine for you, so that reliable information is available at all times
  • you play a decisive role in HR marketing and recruiting new employees and contribute your ideas
  • you take responsibility for applicant management - you are involved from the job advertisement to the final selection
  • you control and maintain the time management systems systems and ensure smooth processes
  • You prepare payroll accounting in close coordination with the external payroll office and pay particular attention to accuracy
  • As a contact person, you are available for all personnel-related employee concerns and provide professional information
  • You work on HR projects and process optimisation
  • You are involved in theprojects and process optimisations and contribute new ideas

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable
  • relevant professional experience in personnel processing, HR administration or recruiting will benefit you
  • basic knowledge of labour, wage tax and social security law are among your advantages
  • MS Office, especially Word and Excel, you are confident in your day-to-day work
  • for communication you have a good command of written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • you have a valid work permit
  • you have a structured, careful and independent way of working
  • you are characterised by your ability to work in a team, reliability and a strong hands-on mentality
