Job description

  • You will support our staff in all HR-related matters – from time recording to preparing payroll
  • You will also implement employment contract provisions based on the collective agreement and work closely with the employers’ association on legal matters
  • You will then maintain and manage our personnel files and oversee the transition from analogue to digital HR management
  • You will also oversee the roll-out of new HR software and ensure ongoing system maintenance
  • You will manage our website, keep content such as price lists up to date, and coordinate collaboration with our web design agency
  • You will support office organisation, further develop our document management system, and act as the point of contact for selected IT matters

Requirements
