• You will assume strategic and operational responsibility for all human resources within the company
• You will manage the targeted recruitment of new staff, from posting job vacancies through to selecting candidates and making appointments
• You will develop and support staff through appropriate training programmes and ensure their long-term commitment to the company
• As a competent point of contact, you will advise managers and staff on all HR-related matters
• You will be responsible for forward-looking strategic workforce planning, as well as managing the associated internal HR processes
• You will continuously compile and analyse HR performance indicators, thereby supporting management in their decision-making
• Together with the specialist departments, you will analyse HR data and optimise existing HR processes
• You will handle all operational HR matters in a legally compliant manner and in accordance with labour law requirements

• You hold a degree specialising in human resources management or a comparable qualification in business administration
• You have already gained several years’ solid professional experience in a comparable role in operational and strategic human resources management
• You have a sound knowledge of employment law, social security law and tax law
• Your profile includes native-level German language skills as well as business-level written and spoken English
• You impress with a high level of advisory expertise and assertiveness
• You are characterised by a highly structured and solution-oriented approach to your work
• As a true organisational talent, you work in a goal-oriented manner, independently and with a high level of personal commitment
• A valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
