• You will support and advise our customers, mainly by telephone, on products and enquiries relating to plumbing, heating and air conditioning
• You prepare customer documents and enter them carefully into the system
• You process quotations and follow them up consistently until they are finalised
• You calculate quotations and orders independently and in a transparent manner
• You will accept orders and process them in-house, from ordering through to invoicing
• In the event of complaints, you will clarify the facts, agree on solutions with the parties involved and follow them through to resolution
• Working closely with the external sales team, you will build up your own customer base and maintain it over the long term
• Using your technical expertise, you will support customers with product selection and technical enquiries

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a technical apprenticeship as a heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) plant mechanic (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will already have gained professional experience in internal sales, customer service or a similar role
• You possess specialist knowledge in the field of plumbing, heating and air conditioning, or experience in the wholesale sector (e.g. building materials, steel)
• You are confident using the MS Office suite; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
• You are characterised by an independent and structured approach to your work
• You have a customer- and results-oriented mindset
• You possess strong communication skills and are confident in negotiations
