• You will provide comprehensive advice and support to members and clients on matters relating to liquidity, financing, wealth accumulation, protection and retirement planning
• You will analyse existing client relationships and continuously develop them further
• You will devise suitable solutions for your clients and prepare structured financing and investment consultations
• You will actively recruit new members and convince them of the bank’s services
• You conduct advisory and sales meetings and finalise products in the areas of accounts, loans, investments and pensions
• You make swift and binding decisions in the interests of the cooperative’s members
• You carefully document customer data and the content of advisory sessions, whilst complying with legal and regulatory requirements
• You use digital channels and tools to engage with and support customers, and assist them with any queries regarding online and mobile banking

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), savings bank clerk (m/f/d) or insurance and financial investments clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained some initial professional experience in customer service
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You have strong sales and communication skills
• You present yourself in a positive and convincing manner and make decisions quickly and decisively
• A strong sense of responsibility is second nature to you
• You have a digital affinity and are keen to play an active role in shaping a modern working culture
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
