Job description

  • You will be responsible for the professional preparation and legally compliant implementation of national and Europe-wide award procedures in strict compliance with the applicable legal guidelines
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the complete documentation and careful preparation of all award documents to ensure the audit-proof storage of all relevant process steps
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the professional follow-up of completed procedures and analyse the results for the continuous optimisation of internal procurement processes according to economic criteria

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or administrative assistant (m/f/d) and have sound commercial expertise
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of public procurement or in a comparable position with a strong focus on administrative procurement processes
  • You are confident in the common MS-Office applications as well as specific knowledge in the field of procurement guidelines such as UVgO or VgV characterise you in particular
  • Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, are essential for legally compliant correspondence with authorities and customers:
