- You will manage the entire production process at the site and ensure that everything runs smoothly
- With your organisational skills, you will ensure efficient production planning and on-time order processing
- You will continuously develop the team through your targeted resource planning and leadership
- You will be responsible for monitoring quality standards and team continuously
- you are in charge of monitoring quality standards and provide impetus for optimising production processes
- you take the utmost care to ensure occupational safety and compliance with legal regulations
- together with work preparation, Purchasing and Quality Assurance, you promote cross-departmental collaboration
- by analysing relevant key figures, you identify potential for increasing productivity and optimising costs
Requirements
- You have completed technical training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), production technologist (m/f/d) or a degree in production technology and mechanical engineering
- You have several years of professional experience in production management or production control
- You have leadership skills and experience in the development and promotion of employees
- Sound knowledge of production processes and how to use ERP systems are part of your profile
- In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- With strong organisational skills, communication skills and a sense of responsibility, you will impress in your day-to-day work
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
