Job description

  • You will be responsible for the operational handling and management of the BANF process for two specialist departments and ensure a smooth procurement process
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the holistic planning, organisation and coordination of complex meetings, specialist meetings, conferences and national and international business trips lasting several days
  • In addition, you will be responsible for detailed travel bookings and subsequent travel expense accounting in strict compliance with the applicable travel guidelines for the entire team
  • Support in continuous hours controlling and participation in strategic hours budget planning are also part of your responsible daily tasks
  • As part of your job, you will support the professional preparation and analysis of relevant departmental key figures from the financial area in preparation for important management decisions

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or further training as a business administrator for office and project organisation (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have several years of sound professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial environment or in the field of project assistance
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office programs as well as routine in the use of SAP ERP. SAP ERP
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good to very good command of English for international correspondence
