• You welcome and register visitors:inside
• you receive guests in a friendly manner and help them find their way around the building
• you reliably look after the switchboard and forward calls and messages
• your tasks include organising and coordinating appointments and managing the meeting rooms
• as the first point of contact, you deal with internal and external concerns and pass on basic information about the company
• you carefully receive incoming and outgoing mail, process it and forward it to the relevant departments

• You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience at reception, in the hotel industry or in the service sector
• Your basic knowledge of MS Office and your confident use of digital communication tools will support you in your everyday work
• Very good written and spoken German skills characterise you, A good command of English is desirable
• Organisational talent is one of your strengths
• You are naturally a team player and reliable
