• You will be responsible for the professional placement of job adverts across various recruitment channels, making efficient use of the internal applicant tracking system
• You will also be responsible for carefully screening incoming applications against defined formal criteria and carrying out structured preliminary telephone checks
• You will also ensure that suitable candidate profiles are forwarded promptly to the relevant departments for further specialist assessment and consultation
• Your responsibilities will also include coordinating the entire interview process, including scheduling appointments and managing rejections via the central recruitment inbox
• As part of your role, you will support the continuous development of and adherence to all company-wide quality standards and guidelines for job advertisements
• Furthermore, you will act as a reliable point of contact for the specialist departments and candidates throughout the entire selection process, demonstrating a strong commitment to service
• Finally, you will be responsible for targeted communication with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a recruitment specialist (m/f/d), Office Management Specialist (m/f/d) or a degree in Human Resources
• you also have several years’ relevant professional experience in recruitment, HR consultancy or a comparable qualified role
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of the MS Office suite and initial practical experience with common applicant tracking systems
• You have native-level written and spoken German to communicate confidently with all departments and candidates
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of service orientation, a strong consultative mindset and in-depth experience with modern recruitment techniques and channels
• In addition, you are a strong communicator, are characterised by a high level of commitment and impress with your confident manner when dealing with a variety of personalities
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
