• You will work with internal managers to develop precise job requirements, independently develop target group-specific job advertisements and select the most suitable recruitment channels
• In addition, you will learn and take over the system-supported applicant management in the IT tool TalentLink and professionally manage all communication with interested applicants:
• In addition, you will carry out a qualified pre-selection of suitable candidates, taking into account company-wide quality standards, and provide decisive impetus for the professional selection decision
• Manage the responsible specialist departments and the candidate:You will also be responsible for guiding the relevant departments and candidates through the smooth recruiting process to ensure an excellent customer experience
• As part of your role, you will act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all questions relating to the entire operational recruiting process

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration (m/f/d), psychology (m/f/d) or business law (m/f/d) with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
