• You will be responsible for independently drafting job advertisements tailored to specific target groups and, in close consultation with senior management, selecting the most suitable recruitment channels
• You will also be responsible for the entire applicant management process within the ITTalentLink system and will maintain transparent and respectful communication with applicants
• Furthermore, you will oversee the qualified pre-selection of all incoming applications in accordance with defined quality standards and conduct initial structured telephone interviews
• Your responsibilities also include providing professional advice and guidance to the business units throughout the entire recruitment process to ensure an excellent candidate experience
• As part of your role, you will act as a reliable point of contact, supporting internal managers and external partners on all operational and strategic aspects of recruitment
• Furthermore, you will assist with the preparation and adherence to all relevant security and compliancerequirements relating to recruitment and candidate vetting
• Finally, you will be responsible for the continuous optimisation of recruitment processes and will drive innovative approaches for future-oriented and successful talent acquisition

• You have successfully completed a degree in Economics, Psychology or Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources, or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have at least three years’ solid professional experience as a recruiter (m/f/d) or HR consultant (m/f/d), preferably in a technically oriented working environment
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of MS Office, common applicant tracking systems such as TalentLink, as well as modern recruitment channels and talent sourcing methods
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English for day-to-day communication within the group
• Furthermore, you possess a strong service-oriented approach, a strong consultative approach and a confident manner when dealing with various contacts and specialist departments
• you are also highly motivated, always work in an extremely structured manner and are characterised by excellent communication skills and great flexibility
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
