Job description

You will be responsible for recruitment administration, applicant management and process control. In this role, you will provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, from the receipt of applications through to the successful candidate’s appointment. You will also maintain and update applicant, vacancy and process data in the applicant tracking system. You will also be responsible for checking, preparing and finalising application documents. You will also ensure high data quality and structured process documentation. Furthermore, you will process and document candidate data in compliance with data protection regulations. In addition, you will coordinate interview appointments and liaise with candidates, departments and managers. You will also track feedback, deadlines and outstanding process steps. In doing so, you ensure a positive candidate experience through professional, respectful and timely communication. You also request any missing documents and handle enquiries professionally. You maintain existing talent pools and support the development of sustainable candidatepipes. Last but not least, you will create and prepare candidate profiles and decision-making documents for the departments. You will contribute to the optimisation of recruitment processes, standards and templates, whilst assisting with the preparation of recruitmentreports and the maintenance of relevant key performance indicators. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience and applicant management. Last but not least, you will identify process deviations and put forward concrete suggestions for improvement. Following a structured induction, you will gradually take on your own recruitment tasks, such as conducting initial telephone interviews, screening applicants and independently managing selected vacancies

  • You are characterised by your structured, meticulous and independent approach to work, as well as strong organisational skills
  • Furthermore, you are highly service- and communication-oriented when dealing with candidates, specialist departments and managers
  • Reliability, discretion and a passion for the efficient management of HR-related processes are further strengths of yours
  • You are proficient in using MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, whilst experience with applicant tracking systems would be an advantage
