Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive commercial management and administration of our client’s assigned properties, in accordance with legal requirements
  • You will also be responsible for recording all contract-related data and meticulously maintaining the property files in the IT system
  • Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation, verification and timely invoicing of all operating and service charges incurred by the respective tenants
