- You will be responsible for the comprehensive commercial management and administration of our client’s assigned properties, in accordance with legal requirements
- You will also be responsible for recording all contract-related data and meticulously maintaining the property files in the IT system
- Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation, verification and timely invoicing of all operating and service charges incurred by the respective tenants
- Your daily tasks will also include the independent processing, verification and posting of incoming invoices in the specialist SAP system
- As part of your role, you will assist with the preparation, tendering and awarding contracts for external services relating to building cleaning and maintenance work
