• You will process and record returns and cases requiring clarification in the system
• You will dispatch faulty items to service centres and customers
• You will liaise with service centres and customers to resolve outstanding cases
• During the induction period, you will assist with day-to-day operations and gradually take on tasks independently
• If you are suitable for the role, you will take on further areas of responsibility within the department
• You will ensure the smooth running of the small goods organisation through a careful and structured approach to your work
• You will check incoming returns for completeness and the condition of the items
• You will document complaints and cases requiring clarification in a traceable manner in the relevant system
• You will liaise with neighbouring departments to resolve discrepancies

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in administration or returns processing
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are willing to work shifts
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
