• You will be responsible for the professional inspection and grading of 2MH returns, taking into account internal quality standards to ensure correct further processing
• In addition, you will be responsible for booking all incoming returns in the system in order to trigger the corresponding payments to the respective customers in a timely manner
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the correct registration of industrial returns with the respective supplier:and monitor the entire process until successful completion
• The detailed damage description of the incoming returns, including complete photo documentation, is also part of your daily tasks for traceable evidence
• As part of your work, you support the active clarification of the parties responsible for the damage based on the documentation to be requested for the transfer of risk for the legal protection of the company
• Furthermore, you support the coordination of inspection appointments with the industry field service and the initiation of the necessary return or repair
• Finally, you are responsible for communication with logistics partners and internal interfaces to optimise the returns processes and increase general customer satisfaction

• You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or retail clerk (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound operational professional experience in the field of returns processing or in a comparable position within the logistics industry
• Your confident knowledge of MS Office, especially advanced Excel applications for data analysis, characterise you in your daily work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German as well as strong communication skills for the exchange with customers
• You have a good knowledge of the German language:
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of initiative as well as a solution-oriented and structured way of working to our dynamic team at the location
• Finally, you are an absolute team player with a strong hands-on mentality and always maintain the necessary overview even with a high workload
