You will process and record returns and cases requiring clarification; you will also send faulty items to service centres and customers:You will communicate proactively with service centres and customers; furthermore, you will record and track all returns processes in the system; you will reliably resolve any coordination issues with related logistics departments; and, last but not least, you will be responsible for quality checks and the documentation of returned goods

• You have successfully completed vocational training
• You have relevant professional experience in logistics or returns processing
• You have sound IT skills, experience of using PCs and are confident using Microsoft Office
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C2 level)
• You are willing to work shifts
• A quick grasp of new concepts, as well as a high degree of reliability and the ability to work well in a team, round off your profile
• Residence in Germany and a valid work and residence permit for Germany are essential
