- You will ensure high data quality by maintaining customer master data in a structured and meticulous manner across various CRM and ERP systems, in accordance with internal standards and processes
- You will process customer enquiries relating to accounts independently and accurately, and coordinate closely with the accounts team in Poland as part of your daily workflow
- You are responsible for ensuring that monthly invoices to customers are issued correctly, whilst always ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and billing deadlines
- When coordinating logistics processes between carriers, the warehouse and sales, you will also keep the specific requirements of the pharmacy market in mind
- You will manage customer data in a structured manner and prepare it for bonus settlements; in doing so, you will actively collaborate with internal departments, international contacts and external service providers
- you will support the efficient maintenance of bonus data and the ongoing updating of relevant master data to ensure collaboration between all parties involved in the process
- Your responsibilities also include ongoing quality control and validation of customer and billing data, as well as proactive participation in cross-departmental optimisation projects
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk (m/f/d), and can demonstrate at least two years’ practical professional experience
- You have demonstrable experience of working with CRM and ERP systems, as well as in-depth industry knowledge of the pharmacy sector, particularly regarding specific data management
- You are proficient in MS Office and Salesforce and can effectively manage complex customer data for clients
- You have a native command of written and spoken German and very good English skills for communicating with international contacts and external service providers
- You are characterised by a high degree of initiative, a structured approach to work and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with customers and internal contacts
- You are team-oriented and work in a solution-focused manner on interdisciplinary projects, whilst ensuring quality and efficiency
- For this position of responsibility, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
