You will handle service enquiries from new and existing customers, enter and create the enquiries in SAP and Salesforce, and forward them to the relevant technical regional service team; you will also take orders over the phone and ensure the service team is available; furthermore, you will create service invoices in SAP using templates; you will check time recording in SAPIn doing so, you’ll work closely with the Field Service, Spare Parts Sales and Academy teams. Last but not least, you’ll carry out mailing campaigns and actively follow them up

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage
• You are characterised by a customer-focused approach, a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and team spirit
• You also have strong communication skills
• Good written and spoken English rounds off your profile
