• You will be responsible for a fixed team of technicians
• In the SAP dispatch centre, you will plan, coordinate and optimise inspection, maintenance and repair call-outs carried out by our own service technicians and external service partners
• You will be independently responsible for the commercial processing of assignments carried out by allocated subcontractors
• You will schedule the materials required for service assignments in the SAP system in line with deadlines and requirements
• You will liaise directly with customers to coordinate appointments and ensure a smooth service process
• You will manage and coordinate service call-outs in the SAP ERP system, from planning and execution through to administrative follow-up
• You maintain and document all assignment data in the SAP ERP system and in the document management system
• Through efficient coordination between customers, technicians and internal departments, you ensure a high standard of service
