• You act as the first point of contact for support enquiries from customers and dealers:and provide technical advice on all questions relating to our machines
• You will be responsible for analysing and diagnosing error messages and processing complaints
• Preparing quotations, orders and invoices
• You will support our field service technician (m/f/d) with technical questions during service calls
• Co-designing and optimising service processes rounds off your job profile

• A completed apprenticeship e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, preferably with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
• you have tried and tested experience in mechanical and plant engineering, including control systems (preferably Siemens)
• MS Office and ERP knowledge as well as good verbal and written communication skills
• good communication skills as well as your high customer and solution orientation speak for you
• a valid work permit as well as German and English language skills are part of your profile
