• You will be the point of contact for our customers, customer service technicians and contractors, providing them with reliable support in their day-to-day work
• In doing so, you will ensure that our properties are equipped with the necessary metering technology on time, working closely with our customer service technicians and contractors
• You will prepare meter reading and installation orders for our customer service technicians, contractors and installation partners in a structured and meticulous manner
• You will also be responsible for ensuring, on an ongoing basis, that all existing properties meet the technical requirements necessary for heating cost billing
• You will carry out a final check on all completed jobs in accordance with our quality standards, thereby ensuring reliable results

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship and have already gained some initial professional experience
• Working conscientiously and accurately comes naturally to you
