Telephone customer advisor (m/f/d)

• an induction period with 8 hours of training per day, including practical telephone exercises

• You will provide friendly and professional support to our customers over the phone
• You will handle customer enquiries regarding orders, e.g. in the event of missing or incomplete deliveries
• You will then take orders and repeat orders and record them
• You will provide expert advice on our products
• You will complete bank transfer forms and enclose them with the relevant consignment
• General administrative tasks within customer service will also form part of your role

• Previous experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage, but is not essential
• You are a quick learner
• You are computer-literate and confident using standard software
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German (dialect is not a problem)
• You enjoy dealing with customers over the phone and have a service-oriented approach
• You work independently and meticulously as a matter of course
• You are open to new technologies and keen to learn
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
