• You advise customers:on all service matters relating to account and card services, payment transactions, online banking and other topics
• you will carry out identity checks and legitimations and accept relevant documents
• you will also support customers with APP installations and identify their needs in a secure and service-oriented manner
• you will also actively participate in the further development and process optimisation in the competence centre
• you will also contribute to cross-team processes and ensure smooth cooperation

• You have completed commercial training, ideally from the financial or banking sector
• a business-like demeanour is a matter of course for you
• you are characterised by a high degree of customer orientation and a strong sense of service
• you are fluent in written and spoken German
• you are confident in using PC applications
• you are willing to learn and open to new processes
