Job description

  • You will be responsible for checking and recording incoming invoices via a digital management system as well as creating and posting collections for outgoing invoices
  • You will also be responsible for creating and sending credit-side payment runs, both nationally and internationally,
  • In addition, you will be responsible for checking and recording travel expense reports
  • You will also be responsible for monitoring open debit and credit items
  • In addition, you will handle the dunning process up to handover to the lawyers:
  • You will prepare and send advance VAT returns and statistical reports
  • Not least, you will provide support in the initial preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as in the further development and optimisation of accounting processes

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with a tax background and at least 2 years of professional experience
  • You are confident in using the common MS Office programmes, especially Excel
  • You work independently, responsibly and autonomously with your own high quality standards, without losing sight of the team spirit
  • Discretion is a matter of course for you
